ROMANTIC TIMBERED COTTAGE: THE BEST PLACE TO SPEND VACATION FOR YOU, YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Environment of romantic timbered cottage is ideal for your family holiday. The cottage is situated in the hard of the nature park in Velka Úpa 777 m. above the sea level with unique view over the valley of Úpa river. It offers comfort and stylish accommodation for groups and famillies.

The cottage was reconstructed in 2011 with the help of designer Marta Kačorová specialized in sensitive reconstructions of historic mounting buildings. The goal was to create nice environment where our guests would feel like at home or better.

Cottage (house number) 53 is situated on the sunny side of valley. The front yard is heading southwest, paved with large flat local slate stones. Thanks to this orientation you can enjoy the sunshine during the summer time till the late afternoon. The history of the cottag you can discover here.

The surrounding of the cottage is perfect for summer and winter hikes or bike rides. You can also experience adventure moments climbing on the highest mountain of Czech Republic 1602. m. (above the sea level)

The Skiport Velká Úpa can be reached from the cottage comfortably on skis, resort offers also night skiing every day.

Bus station is in 1500 m. distance from the cottage and can be also reached on skis. From there it is very easy to get to other ski resorts such as Pec pod Snezkou, Janske lazne, Mala Upa. The whole area is well interconnected by a network of buses and skibuses.
